Hi, I'm Vito Van Hecke. I'm a Consultant in Research & Development at United Codes, where I build low-code applications on top of the Oracle Database.
I've been working as an APEX developer since 2022. What drew me to APEX is how quickly you can turn an idea into a working, data-driven application - and how deep you can go when you need to, dropping into PL/SQL, SQL, and a bit of JavaScript and CSS whenever a problem calls for it.
